Apply Now Role Overview: Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a General Manager/Chef Manager to support an Oil and Gas client in Tioga, ND. The General Manager/Chef Manager will be responsible for directing all contract management service operions and client relions of the food service operion including cafe, micro-market, and cering. Sodexo provides our corpore service partners with a diverse range of food services and integred facilities management possibilities. Cost control, including food and labor costs. Team management of 4 employees, with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards (like HACCP). Client engagement and ensuring client sisfaction. Hands on cooking in the cafe.
