Bartender-Agave knowledge is a plus. Genuine hospitality is required
Añejo Tribeca is looking for a bartender who genuinely loves hospitality.
We believe a great bartender does more than make a great drink. They create energy, build relationships, remember returning guests, support the team around them, and make people want to come back.
Our bar program has a strong focus on agave spirits, including tequila, mezcal, and other Mexican distillates. We are looking for someone who is excited about bartending, curious about agave, and interested in continuing to learn.
You do not need to know everything about agave when you walk in the door. You do need to care about people, take pride in your work, and understand what genuine hospitality looks like.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bartending experience preferred
Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred
Strong cocktail fundamentals and proper bartending technique
Warm, engaging, and genuine hospitality
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Strong communication and teamwork
Organized and composed during service
Interest in tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and agave spirits
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and create genuine connections at the bar
Prepare cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer consistently and with care
Help guests explore our agave selection and cocktail program
Build relationships with guests and help turn first-time visitors into regulars
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
Follow recipes, pour standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures
Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work
Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, servers, kitchen staff, and managers
Take ownership of your station and support the team wherever needed
What We Value
Hospitality. Reliability. Teamwork. Curiosity. Accountability.
We are looking for someone the team can count on. Someone who comes prepared, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and understands that the way we treat our coworkers matters just as much as the way we treat our guests.
We would rather hire someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to grow than someone who knows every bottle on the back bar but does not understand hospitality.
If you enjoy creating regulars, learning about agave spirits, and being part of a team that takes hospitality seriously, we would like to meet you.
Compensation
$11.35-$15.00/hour + tips
