Support outreach and community programming The Education Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering engaging hands-on programs on a variety of science, technology, math, and engineering topics for Sciencenter guests. The coordinator will work with a variety of audiences, including families, early learners, school groups, summer camps, youth programs, teachers, and more. The coordinator will also support the Sciencenter’s outreach and community programming. They will collaborate with other staff to support the development and delivery of special projects. TIME COMMITMENT Part-time (20 hours/week), non-exempt, union position. Must be available to regularly work one weekend day and occasional evenings. SALARY & BENEFITS Starting salary is $24.20 hour. Prorated Sciencenter benefits provided. Note: This position could be combined with the part-time (20 hours/week) Animal Keeper position for a full-time 40-hour/week position.
