Trains and equips staff to achieve personal goals Mark 2 is a non-profit organization that empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives, integrate into community and have the same life choices we all enjoy. We aim to provide supports that personify individual dignity and empower individuals to live their lives to their fullest. This position requires an individual with patience and experience in providing support for daily personal care routines. Must be able to recognize the needs the of the individual and understand complex communication supports, bring a calm and positive demeanor to the position. We will train and equip you to support the person to achieve their personal goals at home and in the community. Some activities include meal preparation, personal care and light housekeeping, games and movies, exercise and community support. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Part Time: Paid sick leave; flexible schedule SCHEDULE: 5:45-10:00am shifts 5 days a week; flexibility on which 5 days of the week; possibility for full time if availability matches needs.
