Mark 2 is a non-profit organization that empowers adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives, integrate into community and have the same life choices as we all enjoy. www.mark2inc.org We are looking for employees who want to help clients achieve their personal goals, live independently in the location of their choosing, build relationships and access the community in ways that create a meaningful life. This position requires an individual with patience and experience in providing support for daily personal routines and community integration. Must be able to recognize the needs the of the individual and understand complex communication supports. We will train and equip you to support the person to achieve their personal goals at home and in the community. Some activities include meal preparation, personal care and light housekeeping, games and movies, exercise and community support. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Part Time: Paid sick leave; flexible schedule SCHEDULE: 5:45-10:00am 4-5 days per week.
