We are looking for someone who is passionate about community service and empowering others. This year round, full-time job involves leading a team through daily tasks, working outdoors in all weather conditions, being on your feet for long periods of time, and ensuring our downtown remains a welcoming space for everyone. The ideal candidate needs to be physically able with strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and the public. We value individuals who have a heart for working with adults with disabilities and leadership skills to keep a team organized and motivated.
