Engage in diverse consultant services based on program needs CONSULTANT SERVICES VENDOR’S GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Consultant’s services will vary depending on the program and staff needs; however, the focus of consultant’s work will primarily focus on conducting program, financial and procurement oversight for WIOA programs VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS VENDOR shall have: - a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school; or 5+ years of relevant experience - two (2) or more years experience within the last five (5) years, providing training or technical assistance to a nonprofit organization in the administration of federal grant programs, specifically the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act; - two (2) or more years experience within the last five (5) years, providing technical assistance in conducting oversight of federal grant programs including the resolution of findings.
