You'll design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems from conception to production. Responsibilities Build and ship complete end-to-end AI products and intelligent agents from concept to production Design autonomous systems and multi-agent architectures that solve complex problems Deploy AI agents to production with focus on reliability and performance Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions in fast-paced startup environments Take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision Integrate state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, computer vision) into production applications Requirements Qualifications Startup experience or ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments Fast learner who adapts quickly to new technologies and changing requirements Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of complex projects Strong software engineering fundamentals and Python proficiency Experience with AI frameworks and LLM integration Preferred Track record of launching AI products from scratch and scaling them Experience with agent frameworks Background in NLP or computer vision applications
