Opportunity for advancement An established civil construction company with 25 years of experience serving the Wenatchee Valley and North Central Washington is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for an energetic, motivated team player with strong leadership skills, a solid work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term career with an established company. Position Responsibilities • Assist the Senior Project Manager with project planning and company strategy • Manage projects from estimating through project completion • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans • Coordinate with field crews, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners • Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and overall performance • Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely manner • Maintain strong communication between office and field operations • Take ownership of projects and help ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget Position Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction management • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, employees, and project partners • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion Compensation & Benefits • $80,000-$150,000 per year, DOE • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company retirement plan • Vehicle allowance • Annual performance bonus • Great work environment • Opportunity for advancement Build Your Career With an Established Civil Contractor We believe our success starts with good people who take pride in their work.
