Summary: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing & Property Assistant to support day-to-day operations across rental and short-term properties. Highlights: 1. Support day-to-day operations across rental properties and short-term rentals 2. Conduct property showings and coordinate applicant appointments 3. Perform light property errands and report property conditions Part-Time Leasing & Property Assistant Schedule: 3 days per week, approximately 4 hours per day Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing & Property Assistant to support day-to-day operations across rental properties and short-term rentals. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while handling a variety of on-site tasks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property showings for prospective tenants Coordinate and schedule applicant appointments and follow-ups Assist with basic Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning and turnover preparation (additional pay) Perform light property errands, including: Checking and updating lockbox access codes Taking photos and videos of vacant units for marketing purposes Ensuring units are presentable for showings Report property conditions and flag any maintenance or operational issues Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently Reliable transportation required Comfortable with light cleaning and on-site tasks Basic familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus Compensation: Part-time hourly or flat rate (to be discussed based on experience)
