Supervisor Program IDD As a mission-driven organizion, we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals we serve.  Manage services within a designed program, including site operions, case management, and implemention of individual service plans Supervise/coordine the daily activities of Direct Care Staff, maintain schedules of Direct Care Staff, and oversee the day-to-day operion of the program Deliver direct care services and support to assigned individuals we serve on an ongoing basis Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluions, and terminion decisions Ensure onboarding, oriention, and ongoing training is delivered  Salary: $46,488 Annually Salary plus overtime ($22.65 hourly) Schedule: Mon - Fri business hours, plus after hours availability  Opportunities for  career growth!!    Qualificions: Bachelor's degree in human services with two years reled experience or equivalent combinion of educion and experience 1 - 2 years Supervisor Experience, experience in residential or IDD populion preferred Other educion, experience, and licensure as required by applicable regulions and ste Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance   Strong tention to detail, organizional skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines Effective communicion skills to manage relionships A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach Why Join Us?
