We are a full-service real estate firm hiring an Entry-Level Property Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This position offers hands-on experience across property and asset management, capital projects, sales, and leasing. It is an ideal role for a recent college graduate eager to build a career in real estate operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Working directly with experienced team members, the Junior Property Manager provides operational, administrative, and property-level support across our portfolio. You will learn the fundamentals of property management, real estate brokerage, vendor coordination, and property marketing while gaining exposure to active real estate projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist with the daily management of rental housing units (single-family and multi-family) and Homeowner Associations (HOAs).
-Coordinate routine maintenance requests, assist with emergency service dispatch, and track progress on capital improvement projects.
-Support positive tenant, owner, and HOA trustee communications and relationships.
-Maintain organized property, tenant, and vendor files, including vendor insurance certificates, lease abstracts, and compliance records.
-Work alongside vendors to draft maintenance scopes, issue work orders, and track job completion.
-Assist with budget preparation by researching service costs, gathering competitive vendor bids, and organizing financial data.
-Support the creation of monthly and quarterly client management reports.
-Help execute property turnover processes, annual HOA budgeting tasks, and special operational projects.
-Contribute to marketing initiatives, including managing rental listings on online platforms, maintaining social media updates, and prepping physical signage.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace platforms.
-Solid understanding of basic Excel functions for tracking and reporting data.
-Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local site visits.
