Summary: Seeking an on-site property manager with strong marketing, leasing, and maintenance assessment skills, capable of performing basic repairs and following direction. Highlights: 1. Strong marketing and leasing expertise 2. Ability to assess and perform basic maintenance 3. On-site property management Owner of small property looking for an on-site property manager. Applicant MUST have the following skill set: - Strong marketing and leasing expertise - Be able to assess maintenance issues - Perform routing and basic maintenance, i.e. change lightbulbs, clear clogs, change smoke detectors etc. - Follow direction from supervisor - A MINIMUM of 5 years of on-site management experience If you possess all of the above, please submit your resume.
