Strong customer service mindset and professionalism valued We are seeking a reliable, experienced Handyman to join our building team on the Upper West Side. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, is responsive to residents, and can operate effectively as part of a small, collaborative staff. Key Responsibilities: Complete apartment repairs and daily work orders in a timely, professional manner Prepare units for new tenants, including light repairs, painting, and cleaning Maintain common areas and building grounds to a high standard Assist with garbage and recycling management Work closely with the Superintendent and building staff to ensure smooth daily operations Provide occasional doorman coverage as needed Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on handyman or building maintenance experience Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems Ability to communicate clearly in English Basic computer skills (for work orders, communication, etc.) Strong customer service mindset and professionalism with residents Additional Information: This is a non-union building Stable, team-oriented work environment
