Requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills Our Property Management Company is currently looking to hire a positive and motivated self-starter Maintenance Tech to join our team. This individual must have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general janitorial skills. If you have at least 2 plus year in property maintenance, or industry related experience we would love to hear from you. Required Skills: -Strong attention to detail, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills. -Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work independently & as a team. -Ability to be on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies (weekends, evenings, and holidays). -HVAC skills/license preferred.
