Opportunity to build flexible income Muskegon & Grand Rapids, MI We're a growing property management company overseeing 54 residential doors across the Muskegon and Grand Rapids area, and we're looking for a motivated, reliable Leasing Agent to join our team. About the Role This is a part-time, commission-only position ideal for someone who's self-driven, personable, and looking to build flexible income around their own schedule. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants — showing units, answering questions, and helping us keep our properties leased and occupied. What You'll Do: Pictures taken of Property and Posting on Social Media Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants Screen prospective tenants and collect rental applications Communicate regularly with the Property Manager on unit availability and leasing progress Help maintain a positive, professional experience for every applicant What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual - Meeting with prospective tenants when you say you will Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with the Muskegon and/or Grand Rapids rental market a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required) Prior leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred but not required Compensation This is a commission-only position - pay is earned per successfully leased unit at $300 per listing! Strong communicators who are proactive about following up with leads will see the most success in this role. Exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
