Detail-oriented and highly organized On-Site Resident Manager We are actively seeking an on-site apartment manager for our 20 unit apartment building in El Monte, CA. Compensation: 1) Partial Rent Deduction and 2) $20 / hour for hours worked Since you will also be a tenant, you will need to qualify for the unit: 650 minimum credit score, income 3x the month rent. Job Responsibilities: -Flexible schedule and availability -Show and lease vacancies -Create and post notices (notices of entry, serving late rent notices, 3-day notices) -Conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections -Unlock doors for tenants and replacing keys if necessary -Communicate with tenants and relay any concerns to supervisor -Give vendors access to building when necessary -Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendor, and clients Requirements for this position: -Excellent property management skills including leasing, resident relations/control and customer service.
