I have started a group for late diagnosed AuDHD/ASD1/ADD/ADHD adults. It can be difficult to meet people as neurodivergent, older people. I realize that there are support groups that exist, but I have yet to find a local place to interact with people in person. I feel that especially during these trying times in the world, it is important to connect with people in real life and build a supportive community. Inclusivity, safety, and exploration is the goal!
