We are seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst, Lead to join our Airborne & Mission Solutions Business in our Defense Sector to support a variety of programs. As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the program managers to help define each program's financial goals and objectives; cree and maintain a program's budget, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.

Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and analysis
Work closely with other functional areas on financial reled elements while managing a program’s general ledger and balance sheet
Help develop and drive financial forecasts in the short and long term
Help program managers identify programmic risk and opportunities th will impact program financials while providing actionable recommendions
Complete month-end close and variance/trend analysis
Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis prepared for Senior Leadership
Example Deliverables: Estime Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Stus Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), and Annual Opering Plan (AOP), etc.
Basic Qualificions:
Bachelor’s degree in business administrion or a reled discipline plus 4+ years of program financial control reled experience.
Prior defense contract industry experience with knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Strong analytical, communicion and presentions skills
Ability to opere independently and as part of a larger team
US citizenship is required and ability to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualificions:
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: CostPoint, OAC, Fusion, and Insight.
Proficient in Microsoft applicions, such as: Excel, Power Point and Word.
Experience and/or desire to upskill with AI tools

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
