




Summary: Seeking an analytical and strategic financial leader to implement efficiencies, improve controls, and provide financial advisory to senior management, while mentoring staff. Implement efficiencies, improve controls, processes, and procedures Seeking a decision maker who is analytical with a strategic approach to implementing efficiencies, improving controls, processes, and procedures, ability to work cross-functionally with all departments, create relevant reporting packages and analysis, and act as financial advisor to CEO and senior management team. CPA preferred, MBA a plus with at least 10 years of experience plus 5 years as a Controller, with significant experience at a contractor, sub-contractor preferred. This position is in-office with significant interface with CEO, senior management team, operations, and accounting department staff. Strong leader, mentor, and trainer of financial literacy throughout the company. Manage month-end close, preparation of reporting package, preparation of annual operating budget, cashflow and P&L forecasts, creation of online dashboard key performance indicators, and mentor/recruit accounting staff.
