Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize our proposal repository, ensuring efficient da organizion and retrieval. Act as a key player in the collection, analysis, and management of informion, supporting business units company-wide. Innove and refine processes, representing the proposal repository during Change Control Board (CCB) meetings. Coordine and execute actions from CCB and working group meetings, including tracking and implementing systems-reled tasks. Design and deliver insightful annual reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics, MS Excel, and Power BI, highlighting key business metrics and trends. Drive continuous improvement by evaluing feedback and lessons learned, transling insights into actionable reports. Empower users through creing instructional merials, conducting training sessions, and providing hands-on support. Lead and contribute to the automion and enhancement of various business processes and systems. Essential Qualificions: Excellent interpersonal, communicion, and organizional skills.
