This role collaborates with pharmacy, nursing, compliance, risk management, allied health staff, and security teams to ensure controlled substances are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. #ACDP Qualifications: REQUIRED EDUCATION:: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy PREFERRED EDUCATION:: Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:: FL Pharmacy License in good standing with CMS PREFERRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:: Certified Diversion Investigator (CDI) or similar credential REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:: 3 to 5 years of controlled substance regulatory compliance and investigation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:: Must have knowledge of and experience using software applications (word processing, spreadsheets and databases).
