We're seeking a motivated, team player to help us deliver exceptional service and craftsmanship. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and taking pride in quality work, this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn a business from the ground-up. This role involves packaging and loading crates with finished product, assisting in building wood crates, managing supply levels, loading/unloading trucks both in-shop and at customer locations and daily clean up. Full and part-time positions available! Key Responsibilities: - Receive, unload, and store incoming materials - Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately - Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Follow safety protocols and company standards Qualifications - Reliable transportation - Ability to lift 50 LBS - Strong attention to detail - Dependable and punctual Preferred Qualifications - Previous warehouse experience preferred (not required) - Forklift certification is a plus (not required) Pay & Benefits - Starting wage is $17-$20 an hour (based on experience) - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off for full time employees after a probationary period - Health benefits - Monday-Friday schedule with occasional OT - Hands-on training and skill development - Opportunity to specialize in packaging and crating Respond to this email or apply in person
