Engage in press operation, pre-press, quality control, and maintenance We are hiring an experienced Screen Print Press Operator: Location: Marlborough, MA - Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate:($20 - $26) per hour (based on experience)We are a local custom apparel and print shop based in Marlborough, MA. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, vibrant screen printing for local businesses, schools, teams, and brands. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Printer who takes pride in their craft and can help us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.Role & Responsibilities Press Operation: Set up, operate, and break down jobs on automatic screen printing presses.Pre-Press: Mix inks to precise specifications, burn screens, and prepare substrates for printing.Quality Control: Inspect prints during runs to ensure color accuracy, proper registration, and clean edges.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, clean screens, and keep the production area organized and safe.Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience setting up and operating commercial screen printing presses.Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot registration or ink tension issues quickly.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.Benefits:Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, To apply, please send your resume, portfolio of past work (if available), and a brief message outlining your screen printing experience to our email;
