We are the leading Innovor in women's health, helping healthcare professionals around the world diagnose and tre their pients with precision, certainty and confidence.   Wh to expect: Responsible for administring EH&S Management systems assigned facilities. Conducts EH&S Compliance Audits Hologic sites; identifies and corrects potential hazards; ensures ongoing compliance with local, ste and federal regulory requirements. Administres workplace safety incident management, including workers compension administrion, and faciliting the corrective/preventive action process. Assists in the development and implemention of EH&S programs, policies & procedures. Acts as a business partner to employees and managers on all safety reled issues; promotes safety first culture. Monitors/supervises hazardous waste management assigned facilities. Provides emergency response support and action planning assigned facilities. Develops EH&S training programs and provides training to employees as required. Maintains and monitors EH&S records, equipment and the compliance calendar for assigned facilities, including permit submissions. Provides key performance indicor reporting to Corpore EH&S. Wh we expect: Knowledge of federal, ste & local EH&S regulions, safety procedures, equipment, supplies, and loss control & prevention theories. Ability to work cross functionally to establish programs and communice effectively throughout the organizion. Good communicion and interpersonal skills, competent business partner and advisor titude. Familiar with sustainability principles. Good business and technical writing skills. Able to prioritize and plan daily activities with minimal supervision. Skilled in developing and conducting EH&S reled training. Regular travel between two Marlborough, MA facilities (Campus & Simarano) will be required. Educion & Experience: Bachelor's degree in an Environmental Health and Safety reled field or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in the EH&S discipline The annualized base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $98,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compension packages will ultimely depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, educion, business needs and market demand..
