This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with phone-based work, performance tracking, and goal-oriented environments. WHO WE ARE: ATC Family Transport is a family-owned flatbed and step-deck trucking company based near Chicago. We operate with clear processes, transparent communication, and long-term relationships with drivers. We are building a structured recruiting team with defined systems, training, and accountability. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your primary responsibility is to convert driver leads into scheduled orientations and successful hires. Daily responsibilities include: - Calling and texting truck driver leads (70–100 calls per day) - Asking structured qualification questions - Explaining why ATC is a strong long-term option - Handling objections professionally - Scheduling and confirming orientations - Following up with interested candidates - Updating notes and statuses in our CRM - Working toward weekly and monthly hiring goals This is not an administrative role. It requires active outreach, follow-up, and consistent communication.
