Administrative Assistant (boston: metro west)

This hybrid Administrative Assistant role offers $24 for a 4-6 month assignment supporting a major retail organization in Marlborough, MA with a schedule that runs Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This position provides high-level administrative support within a fast-paced corporate environment, requiring strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain multiple calendars, meetings, and scheduling needs Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses Handle inquiries, research information, and interact with internal teams on complex or confidential matters Organize files, record-keeping systems, office layout, and administrative workflows Support and oversee administrative projects; provide backup support to other admins Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations Assist with department meetings, trainings, conferences, and logistics Act as a proxy in select systems and support cross-department communication Candidate Qualifications: 5+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting needs Experience with scheduling, managing multiple calendars, travel coordination, and expense processing Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative mindset Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused amid distractions Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
