Position Responsibilities  Optimize dabase performance through several techniques including indexing, query optimizion and dabase design, among others. Partner with applicion development project teams to ensure optimal applicion performance. Participe in high availability / disaster recovery tests of critical systems. Ensure dabases and dabase objects are properly backed up, and recovery procedures are tested and documented. Support dabases / dabase applicions as well as upgrade and pch dabase management systems. Guide and develop the dabase administrion team. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in informion technology or a reled field. 8+ years of experience in a SQL Server environment. Proficient in replicion technologies such as SQL Replicion and SSIS with basic da modeling experience. Proficient in HA / DR - Always On, Traditional Clustering Technologies.
