We are looking for high caliber experienced operators that can run a high volume high efficiency dispensary at top levels of performance. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Wenatchee Washington State for General Manager at Craft Cannabis. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team on the sales floor ensuring excellent customer service! Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory management, addressing any customer service needs, and maintaining high standards of product quality and safety. Hour expectations: 50-60 hours weekly. We are looking for an experienced and professional leader with a proven track record for leading a higher volume Washington retail Cannabis store. Strong skills in managing a Sales Team towards metric-driven sales goals while maintaining a positive team moral. Excellent skills in customer service and teaching your team how to deliver the highest level of customer service. Excellent abilities to teach and organize educational programs for sales staff that result in marked improvement in sales and customer service metrics. We have a strong educational structure in place along with an educational director that assists in organizing the structure, content, and goals of the educational program. Pay: Pay is negotiable and ranges between a $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 annual based plus tips, bonuses and pay for performance. Pay for performance is metric driven with most GMs ranging in the 75-85% achievement range. Pay for performance is paid out monthly on the previous months performance with up to 20,000.00 annual potential. Additional sales bonuses exist for sales metric performances. Estimated gross income is between $88,000 - $108,000 annually. Relocation Required - Stipend Relocation loan up to 5,000 with loan waived after one year of employment. Qualifications Our top priority is having an experienced operator who can manage a team to deliver excellent customer service consistently. Knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations.
