Job description for Superintendent: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. This role is responsible for managing jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to a high level of quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel Maintain and manage project schedules and look-ahead planning Enforce jobsite safety in compliance with OSHA standards Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications Conduct site meetings and communicate with project managers and clients Identify and resolve field issues proactively Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation Qualifications Experience in the Construction Industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines Experience with project management software (Procore or similar preferred) Solid understanding of safety regulations and jobsite best practices Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance based bonus Steady pipeline of local projects Company vehicle Paid time off and holidays 401k and match How to Apply Apply through Craigslist or visit cascadecentral.us to submit your application.
