Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2+ years in residential remodeling or carpentry.Tools: Must own basic hand tools and cordless power tools (drill, impact, etc.).Transportation: Must have a reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling materials.Reliability: Clean, professional appearance, and a solid work ethic. Top-Tier Specialist / Lead Carpenter ($28 – $35/hr): * Works completely independently from blueprints. * Solves complex structural or mechanical layout problems on-site. * Possesses a deep history across framing, roofing, and interior finishes. Running Lead Remodeler / Working Foreman ($35 – $50+/hr): * Manages sub-contractors and junior field crew. * Acts as the primary on-site interface for the client. * Tracks material orders and ensures Class A compliance.
