Requirements (Screening) • General Liability Insurance — must be provided before the first job • License (if applicable) — will be requested before the first job • Legal business presence (LLC, Corp, or Sole Prop with EIN) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials • English speaking crew; Spanish is a strong plus • Verified references from recent remodeling or handyman projects • Ability to follow scopes, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines • Must provide your own tools and equipment • Must be available for a preliminary interview Preferred Skills • Ability to complete small handyman projects (minor drywall repairs, trim, caulking, small carpentry fixes, punch list items) • Experience with kitchens, baths, basements, flooring, and interior renovations • Strong attention to detail and client ready professionalism Compensation • Pay per job, based on experience and project scope • Competitive contract rates for subcontractors who meet our standards How to Apply Only apply if you meet the requirements above.
