Summary: MANTECH is seeking a motivated Targeter to provide critical all-source analysis and targeting expertise to ensure operational success for the Sponsor’s mission. Highlights: 1. Propose new methodologies to improve analytic capabilities Apply Now MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Targeter to join our team in Chantilly, VA.   The Targeter will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s mission, providing critical all-source analysis and targeting expertise to ensure operional success.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing all-source analysis and targeting in support of the Sponsor’s mission. Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities. Participing in technical meetings and working groups to address issues. Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required. Communicing and coordining with internal and external partners as needed. Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems th meet all requirements.   Minimum Qualificions: High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Informion Systems Security, or reled targeting fields. Knowledge of and experience working with SIGINT. Demonstred, first-hand experience with analytic tradecraft, targeting, and all-source analysis. Demonstred, hands-on experience searching, reading, and comprehending informion using the Sponsor’s key analytic and targeting tools. Demonstred effectiveness in collecting informion and accurely representing it to management.   Preferred Qualificions: Certified Informion Systems Security Professional (CISSP certificion). Experience with the Sponsor’s primary cyber risk and compliance automion tools. Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organizion.   Clearance Requirements: An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.   Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.. Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions. Must be able to exchange accure informion in these situions. Apply Now
