Apply Now Description The Collaborion Engineer Jr. supports SEC Office of Informion Technology collaborion services under the ISS contract by assisting with deployment, operions, and troubleshooting of enterprise collaborion plforms. This role provides technical support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and conferencing technologies th enable reliable communicion for headquarters, regional offices, and telework users. The position also supports AV/VTC and video streaming delivery for internal meetings and high-visibility events, helping ensure stable and high-quality service. In alignment with the PWS, the engineer contributes to SLA-focused service delivery, cross-team coordinion, secure operions, and clear operional documention.    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Collaborion Plform Support and Deployment  - Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining collaborion plforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and SharePoint.  - Troubleshoot incidents and service requests affecting unified communicions and collaborion tool functionality.  - Coordine with senior engineers and reled ISS teams to implement approved collaborion solutions and updes.  - Support integrion of collaborion services with enterprise network, endpoint, and identity infrastructure.    AV/VTC and Streaming Operions  - Provide day-to-day support for conference room AV/VTC systems, including endpoints, displays, microphones, and conferencing peripherals.  - Help maintain readiness and performance of Teams and other enterprise conferencing services used across SEC operions.  - Support live and on-demand video streaming for enterprise meetings and events, including setup, monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.  - Escale complex AV/VTC and streaming issues to senior staff or vendors and track remediion through closure.    Service Quality, Documention, and Operional Support  - Respond to user-reported collaborion and conferencing issues in accordance with SEC ISS service expections and SLA objectives.  - Record incidents, requests, troubleshooting actions, and outcomes in approved ticketing and reporting workflows.  - Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs, runbooks, and support documention for collaborion services.  - Participe in testing, validion, and change support activities to reduce service disruption during updes.    User Enablement and Security Compliance  - Assist with user training and adoption support for collaborion tools, meeting workflows, and standard practices.  - Develop and maintain user-facing documention, quick guides, and knowledge articles for recurring support needs.  - Apply approved security and compliance requirements when supporting collaborion and conferencing plforms.  - Collabore with stakeholders to improve user experience, communicion quality, and service consistency.    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS   -This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only. Applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any other country to be eligible for work under this contract -The ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required).  - Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience in collaborion technology support or engineering roles in enterprise environments.  - Experience deploying and troubleshooting unified communicion plforms, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.  - Experience supporting AV systems, video conferencing, and live/on-demand streaming technologies, including secure integrion with network infrastructure.   Technical Skills:  - Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 collaborion capabilities  - Enterprise conferencing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and conferencing system troubleshooting  - AV/VTC systems support and video streaming operions for enterprise meetings/events  - Incident/request handling, documention, and user support in structured IT service environments  - Collaborion plform security compliance and cross-plform integrion    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  - Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC environments and monitoring service health through M365 administrive tools.  - Experience supporting high-visibility enterprise events requiring live streaming, captioning coordinion, or post-event media support.  - Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing plforms (e.g., ServiceNow) in SLA-driven federal support environments.  - Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity/compliance expections (e.g., FISMA-aligned controls, zero trust principles).  - Experience using basic scripting/automion to improve collaborion plform operions and reporting.  - Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administror Associe (MS-700)  - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administror Expert (MS-102)  - AVIXA CTS  If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
