The Technical Project Manager will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team while maintaining the technical capability to actively contribute to design, code review, and hands-on development during critical project phases. Assist in the creion of fully developed project schedules utilizing the Enterprise Scheduling Service (ESS) plform built on Microsoft Project. Assist with creing quality briefing decks, to include detailed cost estimes, based on projects for senior leadership presention. Coordine the engineering, integrion, and administrion functions required to deliver capabilities and services to the enterprise. Ensure th all aspects of the projects are completed and delivered according to the implemention plan and schedule. Responsible for coordining the build-out and testing of sophisticed applicions and tools in a virtual and physical environment. Manage the engineering, integrion, and administrion support required for successful delivery of capabilities and services to the operional and engineering baseline using Jira and reled services. Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. 7+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management and/or Cyber Operions Management Experience managing or leading small to medium sized teams supporting engineering operions. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management and collaborion plforms. Ability to collabore directly with software engineering teams and actively contribute to technical execution when needed to help the team unblock challenges Ability to demonstre understanding and approprie applicion of DoD/IC policy and technical security guidance to informion systems. Must have or be willing to obtain IAT Level II certificions within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualificions: General knowledge of security technologies such as vulnerability management, intrusion detection/prevention, log monitoring, and endpoint protection. Understanding or ability to learn the lest security principles, techniques, and protocols. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordining resources and ensuring scheduled goals are met. System design and integrion experience. Risk Management Framework knowledge and experience. Clearance Requirements: An active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions.
