Provide professional customer service Position Overview Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through access control, patrols, and customer service-focused security presence. Responsibilities Monitor and control access Conduct regular interior and/or exterior patrols Observe and report suspicious activity Enforce site rules and safety procedures Provide professional customer service to tenants, staff, and visitors Complete accurate reports as required Requirements Valid Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong communication and observation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability (days, evenings, and/or weekends preferred) Schedule Part-Time and Full-Time schedules available Shifts may vary based on site needs Compensation Competitive pay: $23–$24 per hour If you’re dependable, alert, and take pride in maintaining a safe environment, we encourage you to apply.
