Why You’ll Love Working Here • ✅ Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime • ✅ Stable, full-time position with consistent hours • ✅ Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match) • ✅ Paid time off, Vacation and holidays • ✅ Supportive team environment and strong safety culture • ✅ Opportunities for growth and advancement • ✅ Clean and organized facility What You’ll Do • Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack as applicable) throughout the shift • Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and to production areas • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality • Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders to meet shipping schedules • Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) • Support cycle counts and inventory audits • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED • 1+ year of forklift operating experience (certification preferred; training available) • 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is a plus • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude • Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications • Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems • Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments Work Environment • Fast-paced warehouse and production setting • Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting • Operation of powered industrial equipment • Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Ready to Apply?
