Hands-on learning alongside an experienced plumber Location: Bellevue, WA We’re a new and growing plumbing company looking for the right person to join our team as a Plumbing Helper / Apprentice. No plumbing experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, works hard, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company from the early stages. You’ll start by working alongside an experienced plumber, helping on jobs and learning the trade hands-on. As you gain experience and prove yourself, our goal is to train you to eventually become a plumbing technician/plumber with more responsibility and earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing * Assisting the plumber on service calls and plumbing projects * Learning plumbing repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and proper procedures * Carrying tools, equipment, and materials * Keeping the work truck and job sites clean and organized * Working in crawlspaces, under homes, and in other tight or dirty areas when necessary * Learning how to communicate professionally with customers * Taking on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow What We’re Looking For No plumbing experience required. We care more about your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. You must: * Be dependable and show up on time * Be willing to work hard and get dirty * Be comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight spaces * Be able to follow directions and take feedback * Be respectful and professional around customers and their homes * Have an active, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Be able to pass a background check * Be able to reliably report to Bellevue at the beginning of the workday Our technicians start their workday from Bellevue, so you must be able to get to Bellevue reliably and on time.
