Ensure quality, integrity, and passion in every construction project We are a small to mid-size locally owned construction company specializing in single family, townhome and multi-family construction throughout the greater Seattle area. We strive to bring quality, integrity and passion to every project we build. The Superintendent is responsible for managing daily operations on the construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are implemented, coordinate project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Will run projects from initial sitework through final completion. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities Daily On-Site Operations Management: • Establish schedules • Control project costs • Facilitate communication and updates with internal and external customers (project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, etc.) • Direct and control all job site personnel, equipment, materials and suppliers • Consistently inspect for and maintain standards of excellence in safety, quality and productivity Regular, Accurate and Professional Documentation of the Following: • Project schedule and progression • Work orders, back charges and purchase orders. • Performance of direct reports • Safety conditions Contribution to Continuous Product and Service Improvement: • Minimize errors and emergencies through forward thinking and planning • Understand the consistency of details throughout the project Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of Construction Site Management from start to finish • Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills • Knowledge of building process and methods • Experience with scheduling software and MS Office required. • Well-versed at reading and interpreting blueprint • Knowledge of Construction codes and methods • Basic understanding of all construction trades and subcontractors’ scopes of work • Must have good written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills and initiative • Valid driver’s license Salary and Benefits • Salary DOE • Medical Insurance after 60 days • PTO • Holiday Pay • Company Vehicle • Laptop • Cell Phone
