The ideal candidate has leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, and can confidently lead a crew on residential and commercial moving jobs. Responsibilities: * Lead a moving crew on job sites. * Safely load, unload, wrap, and transport furniture and household items. * Direct team members and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. * Communicate professionally with customers. * Assemble/disassemble furniture when needed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
