Position Details: Location: Puyallup, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $45 – $50/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends) Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, physicians, and nursing Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and safe swallowing practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare Supervise CFYs and support staff in accordance with state and facility regulations Impact Recruiting Solutions – Driving Careers, Transforming Healthcare.
