




Summary: We are seeking an organized and dependable Driver Supervisor to oversee our driver team, ensuring operational consistency and supporting growth into a management role. Highlights: 1. Early morning schedule with consistent hours We are hiring a Driver Supervisor to help oversee our driver team and keep daily operations running consistently. This is a good fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable holding people accountable, and interested in growing into a management role. You do not need years of management experience, but you do need to be reliable, direct, professional, and willing to pay attention to the details every day. Schedule: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch Pay: $50,000 per year Position Type: Full-time, salary non-exempt Reviews: Performance reviews at 90 days and 6 months What You’ll Do • Help supervise a team of approximately 14 drivers • Track attendance, callouts, late starts, and route readiness • Make sure drivers are showing up prepared and on time • Review driver performance and follow up when expectations are not met • Track basic performance metrics and report issues to management • Help identify patterns with drivers, routes, communication, or reliability • Document performance issues, coaching conversations, and recurring problems • Support staffing coverage and help make sure the team is properly scheduled • Hold drivers accountable to company standards, policies, and expectations • Communicate clearly with management about problems, trends, and needed action What We’re Looking For • Must be at least 21 years old • Must have reliable transportation • Must have a clean driving record • Reliable and able to consistently work an early morning schedule • Organized and good at tracking details • Comfortable having direct conversations with employees • Professional communication skills • Basic computer/tablet/phone skills • Fair, consistent, and calm under pressure • Prior supervisor, lead, dispatch, transportation, military, warehouse, or logistics experience is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this role is someone who notices when things are slipping, follows up without being told every time, and is comfortable holding adults accountable. This role does not require someone who already knows everything about management. It does require someone who is consistent, observant, and willing to learn. There will be a performance review at 90 days and another review at 6 months. These reviews will be used to evaluate reliability, communication, follow-through, leadership ability, and overall fit for the position.
