Shape customer experience and visual storytelling Pay: $21.30 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Gold Coast Kitchen is seeking a dynamic, charismatic and detail oriented individual who can confidently support both guest experience and creative operations. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys storytelling through content and wants to grow with a culturally ethnic and fast moving brand. You will be the primary face of the restaurant during service while also supporting administrative functions and social media content creation. You will help maintain a warm and memorable atmosphere, create engaging content that reflects our West African culinary identity and assist with light operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, creative and comfortable switching between customer facing and behind the scenes responsibilities. Duties: Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations Manage guest relations, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Oversee shift management, including cash handling, reservations, and compliance with health and safety standards Coordinate event setup and execution, supporting the creative team with promotional activities and special events Assist in report writing related to daily operations, guest feedback, and event outcomes Supervise customer service standards across all touchpoints to ensure consistent quality experience Contribute to creative projects by assisting with visual displays, branding efforts, and content development Requirements: 1 year of prior serving or bartending experience Weekend availability Understanding of social media platforms Ability to create content using a smartphone/Camera Experience with Canva and video/photo editing apps Ability to work weekends and some holidays Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive and professional demeanor Why Work With Us: Gold Coast Kitchen offers an opportunity to be part of a growing brand that values culture, creativity, personality and quality.
