Paid 6-month internship to begin in mid-June. 15 - 20 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule. This is an in-office position. Pay Range $23.00/hour. Description of duties: You’ll use your talents in software development involving C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript and React to build websites and backend systems, supporting over 250,000 constituents from the optics and photonics disciplines. Education & Experience/Accomplishment Requirements • Current college students only please. • CS, Math/CS and MIS students preferred. • 3 years completed towards your major with at least 1 year of experience in software development preferred. • Knowledge in some of the following areas is required: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code. Must understand the Software Development Lifecycle and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
