We have been completing real estate appraisals with a consistent workload for over 25 years, serving King and Snohomish Counties. Appraiser Requirements: Licensed or Trainee Real Estate Appraiser license (Washington) Familiar with King and Snohomish County housing markets. Trainee appraisers must have at least one year of experience. Responsibilities: Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Researching comparable sales, measuring and identifying subject property characteristics, taking photos of the subject property and inspecting comparables from the exterior. Typing and completing appraisals of residential real estate properties.
