Stop and think: how would YOU put our drinks on every table?   Position Description Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Supervisor Maintenance is responsible for providing leadership for the maintenance functions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance of physical plant and all opering equipment, electrical troubleshooting, minimizing equipment downtime to provide maximum production capacity, and compliance with all Occupional Health and Safety regulions. Essential Job Functions: PPE requirements. Adhere to and ensure compliance to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corpore, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF). Leads and directs the work of other employees. Have some authority for personnel decisions reled to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions. Continuously improving manufacturing processes in terms of quality and performance measurements and identifying and elimining bottleneck areas. Seek to ensure reliability of plant and equipment operion while optimizing maintenance and operion costs and sisfying all safety, environmental etc. regulions in the process. Identify and solve safety concerns encountered during design and study of manufacturing processes Devise hands on improvement processes to reduce scrap and defects while improving throughput and document SOPs and the implemention of Best Practices into the facility. Assist in coordining the installion of new equipment to maximize production efficiency and maintainability. Work with production to make modificions to equipment and work areas for maximum efficiency of operion. Maintain a knowledge base in the capacity of existing utilities and the current level of utilizion. Stay abreast of the lest safety, environmental and other regulions which affect the facility to ensure compliance. Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance of the equipment and the facility to ensure the company receives maximum utilizion of its assets. Implement and ensure compliance with the systems designed by the manager, focusing on execution and direct oversight. Assist in keeping written documention of environmental compliance current. Periodically prepare reports to sisfy environmental and safety regulions and ensure a safe and professional work environment. Reviews, evalues, counsels, disciplines and discharges employees as necessary to ensure department meets or exceeds productivity requirements. Evalues and recommends improvements to product manufacturability. Ensure compliance to all OHSA and environmental regulory and corpore standards. Investige and identify root causes of any non-compliance. Accountable for a safe working environment through the development of stregies focused on accident reduction as well as energy and waste minimizion. Oversee effective deployment of human resources throughout the plant and ensure the correct administrion of the collective Bargaining Agreement (if applicable). Requirements Educion and Experience: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Undergradue degree in a reled field preferred. 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility Required Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point. Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment. Strong team player who can work across multiple functions. Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented. Able to work under deadline pressures. Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change. Troubleshooting – Skilled in resolving process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and waste. Documention Skills – Accurely record production da and maintain organized records. Safety and Compliance – Ensure OSHA, environmental, and corpore compliance. Timely and accure completion of monthly Alchemy training. Communicion Skills – Communice effectively with direct reports and all levels of the organizion. Collabores to ensure smooth workflow.  Follows equipment down-time escalion process. Decision Making & Judgment – Make informed decisions with sometimes limited da, learning from outcomes. People Management – coach others regardless of performance level; help others identify key goals and use their talents to achieve those goals; build relionships; offer praise and recognition. Ownership – Proactively take initiive and responsibility for tasks and challenges, demonstring independent thinking. Time Management – Optimize production schedules by prioritizing tasks and minimizing downtime to meet deadlines. Physical Demands: Physical - Continuously standing or walking. Visual/Sensory - This position requires regular need to give modere tention with one or two senses a time. Work Environment - Work and environment are very repetitive. Clime - This position requires the incumbent to have the ability to work in ambient hot and/or cold seasonal environments.
