Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $21.74 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed07:30 AM - 08:00 PMThur07:30 AM - 08:00 PMFri07:30 AM - 05:00 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to pients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-reled protocols, and when approprie, emergency response activities within a healthcare locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and clear communicion while following armed post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions th may require tention or reporting. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locions, verifying access permissions and documenting security-reled incidents, observions, and/or unusual activity according to site procedures. Support healthcare operions by assisting with emergency calls, de-escalion support, and coordinion with staff and first responders during medical, behavioral, and/or security-reled events. Minimum Requirements: Have least 2 years of security-reled experience. An armed guard card/license is required. Be least 21 years of age. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR/First Aid certificion is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
