Position Type: Part Time Pay Re: $20.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random prols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with enforcing community rules and property access procedures. Support day-to-day residential operions by communicing clearly with residents and staff, addressing routine concerns, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property-reled issues th may require follow-up. Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card/license is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
