Stable, consistent work We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Worker & Sprinter Van / Non-CDL Truck Driver to join our growing team at our warehouse in Sterling, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations and local driving, values teamwork, and takes pride in safe, efficient work. Job Responsibilities Warehouse Duties • Load and unload pallets safely and efficiently • Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment • Organize inventory and maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (experience preferred) • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Driving & Delivery Duties • Deliver a variety of products to customers in a timely and professional manner • Obtain customer signatures and collect payments when required • Safely operate company-provided Sprinter Van or small truck or 26-foot Non-CDL truck • Use smartphone navigation to plan efficient delivery routes • Keep delivery logs and basic records accurate and up to date • Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times Pay & Schedule • 5 days per week • Weekly or bi-weekly pay options • Consistent work schedule with steady income Requirements • Must pass a criminal background check • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (No accidents or DUI) • Ability to drive safely and follow all traffic laws • Must own a smartphone for navigation and communication • Ability to maintain basic delivery logs and records • Physically able to lift and carry boxes of various sizes and weights • Dependable, punctual, respectful, and professional • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Pallet jack and forklift experience preferred • Previous warehouse and delivery experience is a plus Why Join Us? • Stable, consistent work • Company-provided vehicle • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to grow with a reliable and expanding company If you are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
