Involves diverse responsibilities from oversight to administration Alloy Wheel Solutions is hiring a shop manager to run our Chantilly shop as we expand and open our next new location. Experience in the auto repair industry is a must. You are to oversee all employees and ensure they maintain the set schedule.(usually 5 to 8 employees) You will monitor all employees and all repairs, able to relay information between office, employees, and customers. This position greets customers as they arrive for appointments. You will create invoices and check out customers as repairs are complete. At all times you will make sure the schedule is adhered to. -You must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the work day. -You need to be able to learn how to discern the different wheel finishes to give proper quotes for repairs. -You must be able to prioritize repairs to maintain the schedule. -You must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. -You must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. -You must be punctual on a daily basis, ensuring that shop opens and closes at set times. -You must be able to assist customers with getting wheels in and out of their vehicles if needed. -You must be able to maintain records of inventory and supplies. -You must be able to secure daily and weekly paperwork then forward to main office on a regular basis.
